I was very excited to buy the silver scooter for my son after reading all the reviews here on Amazon. However, after receiving our scooter, the plastic casing where the handlebar unfolds was completely cracked, making it impossible to open. I was able to return my product easily and ordered a second scooter, hoping the problem was only with that scooter. When the second one arrived, I found the exact same problem! I don't know if there is a problem with the manufacturing or if Amazon had received damaged stock.
