It is really ridiculous to just throw those used tanks away. When I think of all the money I've thrown away buying new ones, wow. I was kind of worried about how safe it is to refill cylinders, but I'm sure many more people are killed each year putting gas in their car. I always refill my tanks outside, on the ground, with no flames, sparks or any thing like that nearby.
