I tried some of these that were left at the pool (size e)and they felt a bit tight but otherwise worked great! I decided to buy a pair of my own. My size is 8 1/2 which is on the line between E & F. After reading they fit small, I went for the larger size F. Well the opening above the toes has a sharp edge to it and with the extra movement allowed by the larger size in addition to my toes only sticking out part of the way, after one use my toes have been bandaged for a week!
