Great headset, the sound is good, comfort is great for long sessions (surrounds my ears and doesnt press on them), and the mic is good. The thick padding helps to muffle most outside sounds so you can focus on your conversation or game. I've used them with Skype, Ventrilo, and many MMOs/shooters.
overall i've been very happy with the headphones, the only reason i would consider not buying a 3rd pair is to upgrade the microphone. Its fine for normal use, but i podcast and i think that i should get something a little higher end. I had to replace them due to dropping them on a hardwood floor a few times. :/
As the "worst but helpful" review said, the microphone bar needs a little bit of force to mold it where you want it, there is a metal bar underneath the rubber.
