I got this at Target a few weeks ago and I've only just started doing it, but I like it. This is the second kbell work out I've done and I like it as much as Gin Miller's. I was a hurting puppy the next day. It's a great overall body work out. So far I've only tried the cardio work out, but it kills! You will really feel it in your legs. For those who think the kbell is too small, just go out and get a bigger one. I didn't have a problem with the size, but I do have a bigger one should I want to change things up.
